In no event shall 86jl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 86jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
86jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 86jl reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 86jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, 86jl will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.
